Location and rooms
Where exactly is the hotel located?
We are located in Mittersill, in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park – within walking distance of the center and close to hiking and cycling trails.
How many rooms are there?
We have 10 comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony. There are both double rooms and family rooms (3-4 persons).
Do the rooms have a balcony or a view?
All rooms have a balcony with a view of the mountains or the garden.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Late check-out upon request.
How can I make a reservation?
On our website, by email, or by phone.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Free cancellation up to [x days] before arrival. After that, we will charge a portion of the costs. Please review our terms and conditions when booking.
Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Certainly! We have family rooms, high chairs, and space to play both indoors and outdoors. A swimming pool and child-friendly walking trails are nearby.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are welcome upon consultation (for a small fee)

Is breakfast included?
Yes, a generous breakfast buffet is included in your stay.
Is there a restaurant?
We are happy to recommend several good restaurants in the neighborhood, ranging from traditional Austrian to Kabap, Italian to Asian. All within a 10-minute walk.
Activities & surroundings
What is there to do?
Hiking, cycling, swimming in pools and lakes, day trips to the Krimml Waterfalls, golfing, rafting, touring the Hochalpenstraße to the Großglockner, tennis, hut tours, climbing, skiing, cross-country skiing, and enjoying live music and local festivals.

Yes, there are many different hiking trails starting directly from the village, including trails in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
